Exchange and Return Policy

Terms and Conditions:

Beauty products, care products and perfume products cannot be returned or exchanged, even if they are in their original condition.

Except for products that arrive damaged or different, you can exchange/return the product within 3 days of receiving the order.

You can return hardware products provided they have not been used or opened and are in their original condition as received. Shipping costs are borne by the customer within a maximum period of 14 days from receiving the shipment.

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Receiving the shipment from the shipping company constitutes an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.

Cashback mechanism at Mecca Gift Shop

If payment was made by card, the amount will be refunded via the card. If payment was made upon receipt, customer service will contact the customer to request a bank account to refund the amount.

There will be a transfer fee of 7.5 to a different bank and the return and exchange period ranges from 10 to 30 business days.
