Shipping and Delivery Policy

1- The order will be delivered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the period specified by the shipping company, which the customer chooses.

2- The store is not responsible for damage resulting from the shipping process.

3- Any delay in the shipment delivery date due to the shipping company is outside the store’s responsibility.

In the event that the order is returned by the shipping company to the store due to:

1- The customer does not respond to the shipping company or there is repeated postponement.

2- An error in the data contained in the shipping policy, as specified by the customer before completing the order.

3- The customer bears the cost of shipping the order again.
